Just yesterday we read the strong possibility of C30 PCP polestar production.
And now the Volvo teams up with Polestar and Heico for S60 performance project.

This is unique model based on the T6 R-Design and features a Integrated sports exhaust system and 19" Inch 7-Spokes Heico alloy-wheels with a Pirelli tires.
Under the bonnet, Polestar installed a new revised ECU system.
The S60 is boosted with a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine with an output power of 325HP horsepower and a 480Nm (354 lb-ft) of torque.

The Volvo Australia say if there's enough demand then, it could offer the Sportier sedan through its own dealership network.

After announcing a willingness to create a sports division , Volvo S60 officially Performance Project, developed in collaboration with Polestar and Heico : developed on specific Australian division of the Swedish, the car is based on S60 T6 R Design .

VOLVO S60Polestar has taken steps to revisit the electronic engine: the car now develops 325 hp instead of 300 and delivers 480 Nm of torque well (+40). Heico has been rather busy to provide the means of beautifully burnished alloy wheels 19 and a completely new exhaust to bring out the tone of the engine.

Like the R Design from which even the S60 Performance Project presents new sports suspension that lowers the entire car body by 15 mm, with stiffer springs, 15% with 20% of the bushes harder than the S60 with dynamic suspension. A Design of origin also internal reasons. The car could go into production soon: a small number will be made only after assessing the customer demand. It is unclear whether any will be sold in other markets.
